Sponsorships
Pine Mill Ranch Rays Swim Team is seeking sponsorship for this swim season. We have around 190-200 young swimmers from Pine Mill Ranch, Cardiff Ranch, Southwest Cinco Ranch, Silver Ranch, and nearby areas. As a non-profit organization, we rely on support from community businesses like yours.
Our goal is to teach swimming skills, foster a love for the sport, and promote healthy competition among children ages 4-18. Our participants range from beginners to those honing their skills for local competitions, all while benefiting from positive peer interactions and valuable volunteer experiences.
As part of the West Houston Aquatic League, your sponsorship will help assist in paying the salaries for a qualified coaching staff and to help keep our registration fees low so that every child has a chance to swim and compete. All sponsorship donations go directly back into the team.
In return for your support, we offer advertising opportunities based on our sponsorship levels and a receipt for your tax-deductible contribution. If you’re interested in sponsoring the Pine Mill Ranch Rays Swim Team or have questions, please reach out to us!

PINE MILL RANCH RAYS SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM INFORMATION
- All sponsors may have a booth at our annual crawfish boil and food truck fest fundraiser.
- All sponsors may provide marketing materials in our swag bag (distributed to every swimmer at the beginning of the season).
We have five levels of sponsorship:
Platinum Level Sponsor* $2000 plus
- Your extra-large corporate logo will appear on a PMRST t-shirt at the top, above the Titanium and Gold level sponsors
- Invitation to host a corporate booth at all PMRST hosted swim meets and events for that season with the opportunity to distribute marketing materials, coupons or other items displaying your company logo.
- Personalized 3x5 vinyl banner included for display at all PMRST hosted swim meets and events for that season
- Corporate logo on vinyl meet banner displayed at all PMRST hosted swim meets and events for that season
- Listed at the top of the sponsors on www.pmrrays.com website with company logo link to company website
- 10x13 sponsor appreciation plaque with 8x10 team photo for display at your business
